We look forward to welcoming you at our apartments. Please note the following terms and conditions apply to your booking.

  • A one-off cleaning fee applies to each booking ($110 for 1 bed, $135 for 2 bed) or $145 for 3 bed

  • 3.9% credit card fee applies to all bookings

  • $200 refundable damage bond applies to all bookings (refundable within 7 business days of checkout)

  • All bookings become non-refundable 60 days before check in.

  • One bedroom apartment prices are for two people, two bedroom prices are for four people and three bedroom pricing is for six people. This is based on people sleeping in existing bedding. Additional adults are charged at $35 per person per night and children under 17 at $25 per child per night up to the maximum capacity of each apartment.
